I would like to give the Pat Hays Group a resounding 5 Star rating but would give him more if I could. I had never purchased a new construction home and was not prepared for all the issues and headaches that came along with it. Pat was an awesome realtor, honest and even went the extra mile and helped provide assistance to get out of my apt lease, something I doubt a Ryland Real Estate agent would have done. He was by my side as we walked through my home looking for defects and became the liason with me and the Ryland Sales Agent when communication started to break down prior to closing.

When you get Pat, you receive a hard charger who is reliable, honest and an expert of the San Antonio Real Estate Market. I'm in the military and found my Dream Home, Pat made sure that it was smooth sailing until closing even though I had some days I wanted to walk away. I love him like family and he even brought me a House Warming Gift for Casa de Jackie.
